Traditional Sri Lankan Mutton Curry in 3 Easy Steps
Ingredients
2 tablespoons RUCI Pirattal Curry Paste
500g Mutton (or Lamb) Diced
350 ml water
150 ml coconut milk
1 onion peeled and diced into chunks
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Method
1.Heat oil in a pan saluté onions until soft
2.Add lamb, curry paste & water and cook in medium heat for 25 minutes
3.Reduce heat, add coconut milk and cok for further 15 minutes
