Traditional Sri Lankan Lamb Curry in 3 Easy Steps




2 tablespoons Ruci Lamb Curry Paste

500g Lamb-Diced

350 ml water

150 ml coconut milk

1 onion peeled and diced into chunks

1 tablespoon cooking oil



1.Heat oil in a pan saluté onions until soft

2.Add lamb, curry paste & water and cook in medium heat for 15 minutes

3.Reduce heat, add coconut milk and cok for further 5 minutes
